A Great Commission Church
GULF COAST FELLOWSHIP IS A GREAT COMMISSION CHURCH
GREAT COMMISSION MISSIONS: Jesus commanded that His followers make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20). Our immediate mission field is the "North Pinellas" neighborhood in which God has planted our church, but our involvement extends far beyond this demographic. As a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, Gulf Coast Fellowship participates in the Cooperative Program in which a certain percentage of offering receipts (except designated offerings) go directly to support Southern Baptist's missions efforts domestically and internationally. Additionally, Gulf Coast Fellowship has chosen to support other non-SBC missionaries whose evangelistic ministry complement our own. Continue reading about two such partnerships below.
YMI and the Poulette Family:
Gulf Coast Fellowships is pleased to announce its partnership with the Poulette Family and Youth Ministry International. Dennis teaches in a Baptist Seminary training future youth ministers.
Dear Gulf Coast Fellowship- We are so thankful for your support of our ministry in Latin America. God is doing great things and we are happy to have you as such a vital part of His work to reach the young peple of Mexico and Cuba. We look forward to sharing and spending time with you in the future, and are happy to have you in our lives.
Thanks, The Poulette Family
PRIORITY ASSOCIATES and the Pearson Family:
Scott and Cindy Pearson serve with Priority Associates (PA) in Jacksonville, Florida. PA is outreach of Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) with a focus on ministering to the whole city, particularly to professionals in the marketplace. The vision of PA is to see business professionals have a dynamic and fresh relationship with God; to see how their faith matters in the day-to-day dealings of the workplace; to see the relevance of the Bible in their lives and in the challenges they face; to make a difference in the marketplace and in their community; and to develop their leadership skills as a way of reflecting Christ to those within their circle of influence.
